Delete Your Data — Roomora

You can delete your Roomora (com.aipoweredapps.interiorai) account and everything in it at any time, without asking us. This page explains both ways to do it, and exactly what goes.

From inside the app

1. Open Roomora and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Find Delete account and data, tap Delete account, and confirm.

Deletion runs immediately. It is permanent, and we cannot undo it or recover anything afterwards.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email kshkodrani@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days.

We may ask you to reply from that address so we know the request is yours. We will never ask you for a password — Roomora does not use one.

What gets deleted

• Your account, including the sign-in identity, so that email address is no longer registered.
• Your room photos, and every AI-generated redesign produced from them, from both our database and our file storage.
• Your saved projects and in-app history.
• Any redesign still being generated.
• Your usage records — which features you used and when.

What is not ours to delete

• Google Play purchase records. Your payment history belongs to your Google account and is kept by Google under its own policies. We never receive your card details, so we have nothing to delete. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — do that in the Play Store.
• Server logs. Ordinary request logs may mention your account identifier. They are deleted automatically 30 days after they are written.

One account per app

Each of our apps has its own separate account, even if you signed up with the same email address. Deleting your Roomora account does not delete an account you may have in another of our apps — delete each one from inside that app, or ask us by email.
